I'm a huge fan of Joseph Corey. I have used him with my child support case and bankruptcy case. Both times I have come out with flying colors. He is honest and tells you how it is. Doesn't play games or racks up your case cost with unnecessary fees. Doesn't lead you to think what is not possible. He ...has also represented several people I have referred and everyone has had a great outcome from their case as well. One thing I'll tell you is he knows his s***t. When your in court and other attorneys approach him for advise, that tells you something about his experience and time with the law. Definitely HIGHLY recommended.

I don't understand the other reviews on Avvo. This attorney represented me to fullest. His secretaries are super knowledgeable and were able to assist me with all my needs. Mr. Corey fought for me in a very contested divorce. You do have to be patient because he is very hyper but he's familiar with e...verything that is going on and you will not be disappointed when you're in Court. He is highly respected in Court and that is apparent from the moment you walk into the building. Having an attorney with a good reputation is invaluable and I highly recommend him.

There were several mistakes made by the attorney during discovery. He did not read the documents and provide valid advice. His office encouraged phone calls and questions and billed his rate for that of associate who also served as receptionist. During discovery meeting the attorney/receptionsit answ...ered multiple phone calls and was distracted adding to the length of the meeting. During meetings with Mr Kaufman he answered his cell phone and carried on perosnal conversations. The attorney permited a deposition and went to the depo unprepared and had not reviewed the emplyment contract/documentation provided to him. Instead of trying to resolve amicably he created a more antagonistic situation with opposing counsel.
