Randy Narkir

I consulted with Mr. Narkir on an estate matter and he told me there would be a one-time charge of $150.00 for the consultation. After the consultation was over, Mr. Narkir informed me that the charge would be $175.00, which I reluctantly paid with the expectation that Mr. Narkir would tell me in tha...t moment whether he was going to represent me or not. Never in any of our correspondence prior to the consultation did Mr. Narkir say that he would not be able to evaluate my case during the one-hour consultation and that he would need several additional billable hours before he would decide whether he would represent me. In all the years I have retained attorneys for various matters, never has even one of them attempted to charge for multiple hours to evaluate a case. It is simply not done. Mr. Narkir is a nasty, arrogant, argumentative man and he used his lawyerly threats to overturn my chargeback that I filed in response to his outrageous attempt to collect an easy, unethical payday. My bank repaid me out of their pocket because they believe that Mr. Narkir violated his sworn code of ethics and was guilty of Deceptive and Unfair Trade Practices.
