Mark Leslie Pomeranz

I retained Pomeranz and associates but never actually spoke to or heard personally from Mark; all my legal advice and retainer agreements were filled and given to me from unlicensed employees/independent contractors that represented Mark. And they ended up giving me very little truthful legal updates... on my home and let my home be sold in court when I had equity in the home to sell it for a handsome profit or I had the chance to do a chapter 13 reorganization and worked out an affordable payment. He also had me sign a release form the day I signed his retainer agreement, so he could drop me as a client at anytime without warning or discussing anything with me. I wouldn't recommend him to my enemy! The reason I am saying he is knowledgeable in the ratings above; because that is what I heard through the grapevine he is if you pay him enough or he has a chance to earn a really big bonus for defeating all of your mortgage obligations. My agreement with him had a bonus clause...He wins your house free of all mortgage obligations then you go out and take a mortgage on your home to bonus him for good work...Is that legal??
