Mr. Raether was the first lawyer who decided to take on my case being that it was a very difficult one. Once Mr. Raether decided to take on my case I notified him that this was my first civil case that I was involved in and that I was not familiar with consumer laws at all. With that, I immediately l...ooked for him to have patience with me in handling the case, and he did just that and more. He gave me guidance along every step of the way. He was very prompt in returning my phone calls and I felt like I could reach him at any time. Throughout the case he kept me informed on any changes. Most importantly to me, I didn't feel as if he was just trying to just collect money from my case. When he realized that my case may be lost in court, he advised me that it would be best for me to negotiate a settlement versus me continuing to accrue attorney fees and walking out with no money in court.
