Anastasia White

Anastasia White is a founding partner and a leading attorney at Immigration Law Offices of Anastasia White, P.A., based in Florida. Her office handles a wide variety of non-immigrant and immigrant visa petitions, including EB-5 investor visas, E-2 investor visas, visas (L-1) and Green cards (EB-1C) for multinational executives and managers and professional employees, visas for individuals with extraordinary abilities (EB-1A), as well as family-based petitions, naturalization applications, and other immigration matters.

Ms. White has more than nine (9) years of experience practicing immigration law exclusively. Ms. White has successfully assisted foreign investors and entrepreneurs from Canada, Bulgaria, Great Britain, Georgia, Israel, Lithuania, Kazakhstan, Nigeria, Romania, Russia, Sweden, Ukraine, and UAE (among others), to establish their business in the United States and obtain Green cards.

Ms. White is a dual-degree attorney eligible to practice law in Russia and the United States (licensed in Florida). Ms. White graduated from Siberian Federal University with Bachelors of Jurisprudence in International and Comparative law and with Masters of Jurisprudence in International and Foreign law. She received her third Juris Doctor degree from Nova Southeastern University – Shepard Broad College of Law, from where she graduated with honors.
