I contacted Mr. DiGiovanni regarding a personal injury case; not even sure if I really had a case. I wanted to talk to a lawyer about my rights and expectations in the situation I was in and he let me know that I was entitled to some compensation for my experience. From that point on, he was putti...ng in work while I went on with my life. Legal work takes time and I didn’t have to worry about anything. He would reach out to me whenever he needed any new information or records, then one day I got a call that it was time for a deposition, and right after the deposition I was offered a settlement. Legal work takes time, but thanks to great representation, it took me very little effort to get the results I was looking for. 10/10 I hope I never need a lawyer again, but if I ever do this is the one.

Mr. DiGiovanni is an excellent attorney. I hired him for my defense. He's very knowledgeable & personable. He listened to my concerns & didn't try to rush me along. He's very informative in preparation for a trial. After the plantiff stated their case, He made a motion to dismiss & the judge granted ...his motion. I thought it was going to be a lengthy trial. He outmaneuvered the other side & won the case within just a few minutes. He overprepared me in case anything went wrong. He had all bases covered. He far exceeded my expectations.
