Education/Special Educationn Law is my passion. Parents and students need to have qualified individuals representing them when dealing with school systems armed with "experts" and lawyers. What is required under the law is often not discussed by school personnel. I help parents get what is required. Education Law includes Special Education Law, Discipline issues and Civil Rights issues.
Probate and Wills/Trusts are issues we all face when death may occur or has occured. Lawyers can make the process smoother and less confusing during challenging times. Having an up-to-date will, health care proxy and power of attorney document are effective ways to safeguard your assets and person.
