  • Jeffrey Paul Battista

Buck is a consummate professional. Not only of one of the most knowledgeable lawyers around, but one of just a handful of people that can actually stand in a courtroom and try any type of case with expert skill.

I have known Buck since he started practicing law in Vero Beach. We have co-counseled cases and we have been on the opposite sides of cases. Nothing gets past Buck. His arguments to judges and juries are always on point and persuasive. Unlike some other lawyers, he never tries to mislead the judge or jury. I endorse him without reservation!
