Robyn R. Willson Hattaway

Operating from the Rockledge office, Attorney Robyn Hattaway specializes in Business Transactions and Health Law. Offering flexibility, she conducts client meetings via Zoom, Facetime, Microsoft Teams, or in person to accommodate individual preferences. Robyn commenced her career in litigation, representing large publicly held corporations in intricate business disputes in both federal and state courts. Her diverse practice encompasses civil litigation, real property litigation, franchise transactions and development, and business litigation. Engaged in community service, Robyn is a LEAD Brevard graduate, a participant in WeVenture’s ATHENA NextGen Women’s Leadership Program, and serves on the boards of LEAD Brevard, Family Promise of Brevard, and the Health First Foundation.

Actively contributing to various community organizations, she believes in making a positive impact locally. Robyn earned her law degree from Emory University School of Law and holds an undergraduate degree in Government and Sociology from the University of Texas. Currently admitted to practice law in Florida and Georgia, she is involved in multiple sections of the Florida Bar, including Health Law, Business Law, and City, County & Local Government, as well as serving on the Florida Bar Government Advocacy Committee. Her focus areas include Business Supportive Services, Franchise Agreements, Real Estate Law, Seller’s Disclosure, Lease Negotiation, Property Management Agreements, Residential and Commercial Lease Drafting, Foreign Investment Act, Interpleader Actions, and Health Care Law.
