Joseph Coluccio has over 16 years of experience in personal injury litigation and criminal defense. Mr. Coluccio served as an Assistant District Attorney for the Nassau County District Attorney‘s Office in New York under the Honorable Denis Dillon from 2002-2005. As an ADA Mr. Coluccio handled numerous criminal trials. In private practice he worked for a prominent criminal defense firm in Rockville Centre, NY, where he successfully defended felony and misdemeanor cases at trial. In addition he has handled and litigated multiple car accident cases and medical malpractice cases that resulted in multi million dollar settlements for injured clients.
Recently, Mr. Coluccio successfully passed the Florida Bar Exam and was admitted to the Florida Bar in September 2018. For 6 months, he was employed by the Public Defender in the 18th Judicial Circuit in Brevard County, Florida. As an Assistant Public Defender, Mr. Coluccio successfully tried multiple criminal cases to verdict.
In addition, Mr. Coluccio was previously employed as a Trust Officer for both Wells Fargo Bank and Suntrust Bank in both Orange County, Florida and Brevard County, Florida. Mr. Coluccio posseses great knowledge and experience in the Estate Planning area, Probate, Ancillary Probate, Guardianship and drafting wills, trusts and other necessary documents. Mr. Coluccio is the owner of The Law Offices of Joseph G. Coluccio with offices in Florida and New York.
