Highly Recommend Greg for Family Law

Seeing reviews already here, I am confused at the negative ones. Greg was very thorough in my divorce case - he did his homework and was prepared for my questions and for the case in court. I would recommendation Greg without hesitation and I think the best compliment I can offer, is that he would ...be my first choice should I need a family-law attorney again. I'm a cut-to-the-chase person, so here are his pros: He's candid, personable, thorough, and tenacious when he needs to be. He's also considerate and tries to do what's best for his client. Several times he made suggestions that were helpful to my situation, not his, because he could have easily made recommendations that would have driven costs higher. I find his ethics to be of highest nature. His staff is top-notch. Here are the cons: He can be difficult to reach at times, especially if he has more pressing cases. Find me a good attorney who isn't hard to reach. He did, however, eventually contact me each time I requested. He does charge for every phone call, email, and meeting. However, he's up front about how he charges and he is running a business. My suggestion is to limit time with him to essential questions. If you want to have small talk or discuss remedial issues, consult a close friend or counselor. Family law is very personal, but I think people forget the attorney-client relationship is a business one, not a personal one. That said, I felt very at ease with Greg and he remembered details about my personal life that told me he does care for his clients. Without a doubt, if you need a family law attorney, consider using Greg.

It was all about the money

I gave away a lot of money for him to do nothing for me. His office didn't keep me in the loop. Court dates were made and I was not informed about dates or if a good date for me. I would not recommend this law firm unless you have money to give away.

Took my money and withdrew from case

Bad communication between his staff and him. The staff doesn't do work or follow-up then blames client for work not done because client didn't hand in documentation or client refuses to work with staff. When the truth was staff didn't to their job and used those excuses with their boss for their lack... of work ethic. Took $4,000 retainer and quit my case days before court ordered documents of 500+ pages required to be filed with court and 1 month prior to trial. Never met to discuss case and lost first hearing because he had no knowledge of case and blamed me the client.

Excellent attorney

Greg was my attorney for my divorce case. He took over my case following his partner's death. Greg took the time to understand my case and my concerns. He answered any questions I had and met with me whenever I needed an update or had new information. Sherri finished my case and I could not have aske...d for a better outcome. Both attorneys are very knowledgable and professional.
