Bad communication between his staff and him. The staff doesn't do work or follow-up then blames client for work not done because client didn't hand in documentation or client refuses to work with staff. When the truth was staff didn't to their job and used those excuses with their boss for their lack... of work ethic. Took $4,000 retainer and quit my case days before court ordered documents of 500+ pages required to be filed with court and 1 month prior to trial. Never met to discuss case and lost first hearing because he had no knowledge of case and blamed me the client.

He told me to collect as much information as possible to make things move quicker. I collected more info than his own staff and was charged every time I submitted the info to him. He drug the case out for over 2 years. He kept charging me for every phone call I made to find out what the delay was. He... never did file any of the paper work needed and I finally gave up and fired him. Now he is suing me, saying I still owe him money. I never even saw a day in court. He did absolutely nothing for me. I had to get my own divorce
