This attorney took my case without explaining the risks, benefits and alternatives of the legal action I was seeking. The office is very difficulty to deal with. Phone and email messages not returned, or returned in an untimely fashion. Documents left with office on a removable drive could not be ...opened by office staff, but I was not advised of this until four weeks after I submitted these, delaying my case. I felt personally attacked when I expressed these concerns to them. I switched to a different attorney.

After being told it would cost about $4000, we are just passed mediation and I've spent $6000 with zero results. At mediation he was completely unprepared even though I warned him a month in advance that we didn't have any more data than when we started. Obviously nothing was accomplished at mediatio...n and now he wants to quit after taking my $6000. I've filed a complaint with the bar and plan on suing.

Office staff is very unprofessional. Calls are not returned in a timely manner. Their is not a good system in place for handling multiple cases at the same time. When you call you are given the runaround and many times they will tell you that they are working on your case and in actually they are no...t doing anything; they are just stringing you along. If you are in a very stressful situation, then I would recommend another attorney
