Hired this clown for my nephew who was arrested for consented statutory rape over 10 years ago. He is still in prison. Austin spent less than two hours on this case, and urged him to sign a plea deal agreeing to nearly 15 years in prison, followed by 30 years of probation and listed as a sex offen...der. This cost me $7,500.00

I got to say if I ever get jammed up again, this man will fight for you and will take your case to trial! All my cases were dropped. Got to say he is a very hard working at work and home! New to the Cocoa Beach area, I was in need of an attorney and unable to ask friends for recommendations. I did some internet researching and met with over 5 different attorneys. I hired Mr. Austin just over a year ago to defend a misdemeanor criminal case in which there were two charges. Communicatio...n was never an issue, he returned all of my calls & texts in regards to my case and regularly made time to explain in detail how the case was proceeding. Not only did he keep me informed, I feel he also gave me honest legal advice in regards to what was best for ME and MY case. One of the charges was ultimately dismissed with prejudice, the other had stipulations that had to be discussed and agreed upon with the DA. Mr. Austin argued these requirements to very fair and reasonable bottom line. Even with the majority of my case dismissed I was still able to get in contact with Mr. Austin with no issues.
