Joseph S Klein

After receiving my undergraduate degrees I entered into the financial industry where I quickly achieved great success working with banks and holding several management positions. It was my attention to detail, high expectations, and unstoppable work ethic that earned me many accolades for my sales and leadership skills.

While I felt a deep connection to the financial industry, it was always a dream of mine to attend law school and in 2009 I did just that. While working fulltime at PNC, I attended law school and after graduating and passing the Florida Bar in 2013, I established the law firm DKN Legal, PLLC with my partners Renee Dial and Jeff Nuckols. The firm is now comprised of five attorneys and handles several practices areas of which I predominantly practices Estate Planning and Personal Injury Law.

With my extensive financial knowledge, I have quickly achieved success in my Estate Planning practice. In banking I saw firsthand the negative impacts of poorly drafted plans and it’s this experience that has become a driving force behind my approach to Estate Planning. My primary goal is to ensure you rest peacefully knowing your estate will properly be settled and to foster harmony among your beneficiaries.

With Personal Injury client's, I am foremost concerned with their health and wellbeing. My firm's established relationships with many health practitioners helps our clients quickly attend to their injuries. It is out of this concern for my clients that I diligently work hard to achieve results as quickly and efficiently as possible in order to lesson my client’s pain and suffering.

When not working I enjoy spending time with my wife, Karen and children, Dorinda and Joey. My family and I love to travel and frequently visit Disney World, where my wife and I were married in 2009.
