Biography
I have been doing what I love to do, which is practicing law, for nearly 30 years. I started off my career as a legal aid lawyer and then joined the Air Force JAG as a military attorney. After serving our country, I ran for public office and got elected to the City of Cape Canaveral City Counsel and served for 1 term. I've had the honor and privileged to have served my community as the Chairman of the Cape Canaveral Hospital Board of Trustees.
It's with this passion and experience that I offer my services as your attorney.

Family law/custody issue
Mt Hernandez did a great job for us...even though he is busy most of the time, he always somehow made a way to communicate. Staff is very courteous, and NEVER were we talked down to...our grandchildren are now safe and sound in our custody till probably they are of age due to him and his office staff...
