I wish I had read reviews before hiring him. He billed for all kinds of time that had no relationship to the job he was supposed to do. Sadly, on at least two occasions he was daydreaming looking out the window while opposing counsel was making point after point after point. The judge was looking at ...him like are you going to pay attention to this? Because he had no clue what was going on, he couldn't make a coherent point. It took me tens of thousands of dollars and several years to undo the damage that he did to my children. If this weren't a civilized country, he would be strung up. It's almost like he gets his jollies from getting walked all over by the opposing side. Do not hire him.

Bob Zaniel has tons of experience and is extremely savy. He will go to the mat for you if it is warranted but won't waste your money if you don't have a decent chance of winning.
