Michael Saracco

Saracco was the lawyer on staff of American Consumer Credit and they were suppose to help me get out of my timeshare with Wynham. After the initial discuss, I felt good about the suppose outcome. I paid my fee upfront and that apparently was a mistake. I started getting no response from the company ...or Saracco. Without warning,the company went bankrupt leaving me without a resolution and no refund.

I hired the American Consumer Credit last December to help me get rid of Marriott timeshares. After he first contact with an adviser, signing a contract and paying 3200 $, she said she transfers the file to the lawyer. Nothing happened anymore. I called many times, wrote emails, to no avail. Then I c...alled Marriott to try to deal with them myself, and they said: we can't talk to you, as you have hired a lawyer, Michael Saracco, to defend your interests. OK, I said, now I know who is supposed to help me, train me, coach me and follow me in all decisions... according to our contract ! Now that I have received the notice of foreclosure, no possibility to even talk to anybody!!! So, Mr Saracco, you have got my money, I need your help.

Hired him in September 2016 to handle a Short Sale of a rental in Orlando which had gone vacant in August. Paid him in full up front. He was very reassuring about everything so I left feeling relief. I kept looking for a listing of the property. He did not respond often when I tried to contact hi...m. When he did he acted surprised that it was not listed/blamed the realtor. I continued to pressure. Finally it got listed late December and immediately we had a contract offer. I continue to keep the mortgage and homeowners fees current. Months go by waiting for a closing. He won't communicate. I almost lose the deal with the mortgage company because of his procrastination. I go to his office and express my displeasure to his associates. He finally responds and has negotiated a decent deal with the mortgage company. It drags on all through June and finally closes on June 30, 2017. Had I not called the closing agent twice on June 29 I would not have even known of the event. He obviously had spoken to the closer but neglected to communicate it to me, much to the agents dismay! Unprofessional.

Our original atty died. Mr. Saracco reviewed our case and advised us on our alternatives, offering options (& hope) not raised by our first atty . When we adopted a change of tactics he proposed, he effectively persued that course & provided relief from the pressure we had been under. While our c...ase is still pending, Mr. Sarroco has provided an effective defense that has considerably extended our antipated time to remain in our home.
