As a newly married military couple, it was important that my wife and I got our legal paperwork in order so that in the off chance something happened to me, she would be taken care of. They were very flexible in arranging a meeting around our schedule/life. At our first consultation, he did an excellent job explaining the legal terminology in a basic way that would make sense to anyone. He didn't push towards what would make him the most money, but what would be best suited for our life. He is both humorous and outgoing, helping ease the tension of talking about death. Scott is an excellent Estate Planning Attorney with expertise in everything from basic planning such as Wills, Powers of Attorney and Living Trusts as well as being able to handle Advanced Estate Planning such as Charitable Trusts, IRA Beneficiary Trusts, Irrevocable and Wealth Replacement Trusts. H...e also has a much friendlier personality (even humorous) than most Attorneys. His staff is also very friendly and competent!
