G. Paul Lemieux

My parents had a trust set up previously with David Jacoby. They have since passed away and Paul has been guiding me thru the trust process. I find him to be super knowledgeable, & easy to work with. My husband and I also have our trust, will, POA and healthcare papers in order thru him. I have r...eferred him to my friends. His staff is great. I highly recommend Paul. He also is a really nice guy, has a young family and puts you at ease having these conversations that most of us know nothing about . Attorney Paul Lemieux and his paralegal, Sarita (and associates), are a wonderful law firm, formally known as Lemieux & Jacoby, Elder Law Advocates. I first became acquainted with them when my elderly mother (in Florida) began getting increasingly ill. I, living in a far away W. Coast state, realiz...ed that the time had come for me to put-in-place an established connection with a local (FL) lawyer/law firm to assist me In the future, with my mother’s “final affairs”. I searched fruitlessly for several months via telephone, emails and texts to find the right person/firm to be able to handle her fairly complicated case (from afar). I finally made the decision to schedule several consults with local FL lawyers in the summer of 2024, when I next visited my mother. I met attorney Paul Lemieux first, and knew right away that I wished to utilize his/their law services, to work in-tandem with me. My mother sadly passed later that year, and I then began the process with Paul and Sarita. Every step of the way, they provided me with excellent advice, encouragement and guidance as I “navigated” through a challenging (for me) formal probate process. Paul and Sarita are very knowledgeable, patient and pleasant to work with; I could not have accomplished the many facets of this case without them! Btw, their fees are reasonable too…

Paul took care of our needs. All aspects of family planning: Trust, Healthcare surrogate, Lady Bird Trust, POA. Making sure we were prepared for whatever the future holds. We liked that he worked with our CPA to make sure we protected our assets for our family. He was available to answer questions w...hen we needed it in a timely matter. When some illness came up in the middle of some of the review of documents he patiently waited till our life settled out. The staff was knowledgeable and very friendly. It was a great experience.
