Attorney Paul Lemieux and his paralegal, Sarita (and associates), are a wonderful law firm, formally known as Lemieux & Jacoby, Elder Law Advocates. I first became acquainted with them when my elderly mother (in Florida) began getting increasingly ill. I, living in a far away W. Coast state, realiz...ed that the time had come for me to put-in-place an established connection with a local (FL) lawyer/law firm to assist me In the future, with my mother’s “final affairs”. I searched fruitlessly for several months via telephone, emails and texts to find the right person/firm to be able to handle her fairly complicated case (from afar). I finally made the decision to schedule several consults with local FL lawyers in the summer of 2024, when I next visited my mother. I met attorney Paul Lemieux first, and knew right away that I wished to utilize his/their law services, to work in-tandem with me. My mother sadly passed later that year, and I then began the process with Paul and Sarita. Every step of the way, they provided me with excellent advice, encouragement and guidance as I “navigated” through a challenging (for me) formal probate process.
