This review is from a person who hired this attorney.

Grifter

Ted will bill you for thinking about how he's gonna take a crap. Seriously, this guy seems more worried about how much he can get for doing nothing than how much he can earn for his work. You'll write Ted a lot of checks amd ask him a lot of questions while wasting time and money. Teddy will cash ...every check and you'll never get a straight answer... run.

No one by this name has ever hired me. I suspect it's the same person who left the other negative review, because they still stalk me and occasionally leave me foul-mouthed voicemails.

do not use this man for family court

I retained Mr Greene to reunite me with my son (3/15/10) for 5000.00. I informed him that time was of the essence, and he assured me he would attend to it immediately. one month later he asked for another 2800.00. He had "consultations " with an unlicensed "Dr." that he charged 500 a piece for, even ...though this person cant testify in court.5 1/2 months later he couldnt even bother to put in a notice of appearance, or tell me when he would rven draft a motion

As a preliminary matter, I try very hard not to say negative things about former clients -- even when, as here, the former client is unhappy, and makes baseless claims against me. An attorney's job is to maintain confidences, not disclose them. With that in mind, and without disclosing any confidences: I represented this person for a period of only three months ... and wish I'd never taken her on as a client. I expressly advised her in detail how to go about regaining contact with her child (there was a court order in place barring her from contact), and I told her what results I thought she would attain and how long things would take if she did as I advised. Initailly she adamantly refused to follow my advice, but eventually she began complying and things were moving ahead as I said they would. Then she told me she no longer wanted me to represent her, but ... she continued to follow my advice, and got exactly the results I expressly told her she would get if she followed my advice. Then, after obtaining the benefit of my advice and the results I said she'd get, she demanded all of her money back. I refunded her the unused balance in my trust account, but that wasn't good enough for her. She reported me to The Florida Bar, and The Florida Bar issued a ruling that there was no evidence whatsoever to indicate I had done anything wrong. In fact, the investigating attorneys stated, "On the contrary, Mr. Greene provided ample evidence that he was attentive to your case. He responded to your e-mails, consulted with experts, researched and provided you with the names of counselors to assist you with complying with the court's order, and advised you accordingly." Unhappy with The Bar's decision, she sued me -- and the lawsuit was ultimately dismissed. Now (four years later), she continues to send me obnoxious e-mails, and spends her time bad-mouthing me under different e-mail addresses all over the internet. I block her e-mails, but she keeps opening new e-mail accounts.
