Professional, Dedicated, Organized, Knowledgeable and more all describe Lori and her team. I had to hire Lori one month before trial. I was fearful not knowing what to expect and if she could retain the amount of information and notes that I needed to throw her way one month before my trial in order ...to get the best scenario for my child. To say the least, I was incredibly pleased with her professionalism in and out of the Court room, her dedication and organization and knowledge of the Law. Lori and her team put a lot of time and effort in preparation and I was impressed! Lori fought HARD and I am pleased with the outcome we received. You never have to second guess whether or not she has your Childs BEST INTEREST at heart because she does and it shows. I will never be able to Thank Lori and her team enough for the amount of work they did in my case. Your time and money will not be wasted because this is a Law firm that cares and it shows. Thank you Lori and Natalie, as well, for all of your hard work in and out of the court room and in preparation on my case.

If you're reading this review, it most likely means you're in a similar circumstance as I was. Before choosing an attorney, I carefully read a number of reviews and interviewed some. Many of those reviews described very complex cases , difficult spouse relationships, all essential components for a ve...ry unpleasant experience. I knew my case would be no different. I want to say this is the first review I have ever written, and this one is well deserved. Very rarely do you come across an individual whose qualities and values also align with their business acumen. Lori is friendly, respectful, warm, responsive, thorough and professional. My case was over two years long and she fought diligently the entire time for my rights as a single father, always ethically handling my case in my best interest. Lori and her staff made me feel like I was “family” not just a client especially through a difficult time. Lori demonstrated a passion for her profession and me as an individual. She took the time to assess my unique situation and determine the best course of action to reach my desired goal. (even though I got emotional at times) she staid the course and helped me navigate through a difficult time. She was honest and always looking for ways to save me money (not pursuing matters which didn't make financial sense I interviewed multiple attorneys and after speaking with Lori I knew she was the right choice. She was honest with me from the beginning, she never promised or told me things I wanted to hear, only the truth. Lori and her staff was readily accessible, quick to respond to my calls and messages and took the time to explain each issue that came up. I go to post this review and I see she has negative review about her. All those statements being made shocked me as I never experienced any of what is being claimed, only the complete opposite. If you look, this person has never written a positive review about anything only negative so take it on face value.

Be careful with this firm. Ms. Durham is polite but unfortunately if you complain or make derogatory statements about her staff, she will drop you as a client, right in the middle of the case she has been retained to handle, in defense of her staff. The attorney is never available to speak with on... the phone without an appointment, they don’t return emails. In my experience, after several months of no update or contact about my case, and numerous emails not being returned, I called their office to inquire if they received a fax sent to them by the insurance company and ask what the status of my case was and spoke with a very rude girl named “Jena” she laughed several times at me when I was asking questions about how I could get an update on my case. Then as she was hanging up the phone from speaking with me I heard her say laughing “oh my god, you should have just heard this guy”. Very unprofessional office staff. I never would have chosen this firm if I would have known this is how they operate. Other attorney’s I have retained to handle other civil matters did not operate the dysfunctional why this one does. BE WARE!
