Attorney Christine C. Weiner provides comprehensive, highly personalized estate planning counsel to couples, families, individuals and businesses. As the firm’s founder, Christine upholds the highest standard of client services, scholarship and lawyer accessibility. She listens closely to her clients’ goals, dreams and concerns, and then works with her clients to develop superior individualized plans. A respected teacher and lecturer, Christine serves as counsel to accountants, lawyers, financial planners, insurance professionals, charitable organizations and the public. Christine has spoken to groups at such varied locations as art galleries, public libraries, hotels, resorts, and at lawyer functions, such as bar association groups and continuing education events. Christine has spoken at many professional continuing education programs for National Business Institute.
Christine is a charter member of WealthCounsel, a prestigious group of nationally recognized estate planning professionals. Christine is a Certifed Exit Planning Advisor (CEPA) designated by the Exit Planning Institute (EPI). Christine is a Board Member of EPI Orange County Chapter; she is member of Orange County-PPP (Partnership for Philanthropic Planning). Christine serves on Advisory Boards to national and local charities, including Desert Communities California State University campus, College of the Desert campus, The Community Foundation of The Desert, and Eisenhower Medical Center. Christine is also Past President of Desert Estate Planning Council and a Past Board Member of The Willows Foundation in Laguna Hills, CA.
Christine is a graduate of Western State University, College of Law, where she was selected to be Editor-in-Chief of Law Review. There she graduated Summa Cum Laude, as Salutatorian, ranked number two of her law school class.
Prior to receiving her law degree, Christine received her Master of Arts in International Affairs from George Washington University, Washington, D.C., coupled by a Bachelor of Arts degree in Political Science from Washington State University, Magna Cum Laude and Phi Beta Kappa. After receiving her Master of Arts degree, Christine served as a civilian employee in the United States Department of State foreign aid program for a three-year term in Washington, D.C. Christine served as a Foreign Relations Officer in the India Desk Office, and as a Management Intern in the Vietnam Refugee Bureau program.
Christine has been certified as a Legal Specialist in the field of Estate Planning, Trust and Probate law by the California State Bar, Board of Legal Specialization, since 2004, and is a member of the Estate and Trust Section and the Taxation Section. Christine is also a member of the American Bar Association, and their Real Estate, Trust and Estate, and Taxation Sections. Christine is a member of the Orange County Bar Association, and is a member of their Trust, Real Estate and Tax Sections. She is licensed to practice law in all the Courts of California, The California Supreme Court, and the Federal District Court.
Publications include a book entitled Your Life, Your Legacy: The Fundamentals of Effective Estate Planning, with a foreword by Christine C. Weiner, M.A., J.D.
Christine was quoted in the December, 2006 issue of “Palm Springs Life,” magazine, in an article about how to plan for your art and other collectibles, including coins, jewelry, etc.

Family Trust
Christine Weiner created a family trust for me. In the process, she reviewed my total estate, health directives, etc. Ms. Weiner was very thorough and made sure I understood every aspect of the trust. She made the experience a pleasure.
