A car hit me head on after a crossing a barrier, the case should have been pretty open and shut. After the first month or two of good communication and etc, it quickly deteriorated. I wouldn’t hear back for a month or two, at one point after being told He would contact me the following week...I didn...’t hear anything for 4 weeks and finally had to call his office and be transferred over to him and he almost came off as annoyed that I reached out on a Saturday. I was basically told since the person who caused the accident was and I quote “living paycheck to paycheck” I shouldn’t pursue suing them directly and basically nothing would be done to this person.
