Our adoption process was outstanding from beginning to end. Nicole Ward Moore (attorney) and Jennifer Miller (paralegal) were extremely helpful and responsive throughout. Our adoption was out-of-state and during the COVID pandemic but we always felt that we were receiving expert care from our legal... team. Any fees were enumerated clearly and they use a helpful/easy service for accepting payments. They realized that this is a joyful, stressful and expensive process and they acted with a personal touch that we appreciated. Nicole took on our case of doing an international stepparent adoption. It should have been very simple, as the other side supposedly was in agreement and willing to sign the paperwork. Unfortunately and originally not expected, it ended up being a much longer and complicated journey than that unt...il we finally had our miracle-day arrive. But Nicole never gave up or let down our hopes. She accepted every challenge that came along the way. She seeked out to and ended up working together with another lawyer overseas in the country of origin, arranging international service, and so much more. Nicole always kept up fully up to date and we could always reach her. Her coworkers Gretchen and Jennifer are absolutely amazing. Everybody was always fully aware and up to date about everything that was going on, working together as one big team. We put our entire hope and trust in Nicole. She was our working angel on earth, as were Gretchen and Jennifer her wings. Without her endless dedication towards up and this entire amazing and extremely hardworking team of hers, we would have never been able to fullfil our family´s dream without her. There have been obsticles to overcome, setbacks inbetween, but no matter what, Nicole always led the way with confidence. She knew all the places and recources she needed along the path, and if something new and unexpected came along our journey, she found a way to overcome, continue and succeed! Working together with translators, other lawyers (internationally), and so much more. Nicole is the kind of lawyer, how you would describe your "best-friend". Somebody you fully trust and would never give up on you. Never give up. She gave way beyond 100% for us. And our miracle day was just as amazing as we dreamt it would be.
