My husband and I are more than thankful for the compassionate, dedicated and amazing service we received from Meredith and Nicole for the adoption of our granddaughter!!! From the minute we hired the team, every question or concern (and I had many!!) we had was answered quickly whether through email... or via phone. Even with a short timeline we had to get the adoption process completed, it was met efficiently!! We are truly grateful, words can not explain how much Adoption Day meant to the both of us!! Our adoption process was outstanding from beginning to end. Nicole Ward Moore (attorney) and Jennifer Miller (paralegal) were extremely helpful and responsive throughout. Our adoption was out-of-state and during the COVID pandemic but we always felt that we were receiving expert care from our legal... team. Any fees were enumerated clearly and they use a helpful/easy service for accepting payments. They realized that this is a joyful, stressful and expensive process and they acted with a personal touch that we appreciated. This year we have been blessed with finalizing the adoption of our son! Although the adoption process is emotionally draining, we could not have asked for a better legal team. My husband and I worked with Nicole and Heart of Adoptions a couple of years ago with our adoption of our lovely son. The process for new parents was scary, but Nicole and her staff made the process bearable. We always felt valued and like we were the only parents that was in the process. Our firs...t match did not work out, but again the staff at Heart of Adoptions came through for us. We eventually was placed again and this time it was a super success. The team was with us every step of the way and again made us feel like the luckiest parents on the planet. Nicole explained things in detail, but not so technical that we couldn't understand.
