I wish we had read the reviews before hiring him. I agree with all of the other reviews 100%. Please I repeat please don't hire him. He tells you what he can do for your case when you meet him, he sweet talks your ear then he does nothing to help your case. Absolutely NOTHING!! He showed up late to... my husband court date. He didn't even negotiate my husband's case with the state attorney! I was beyond pissed. Told my husband that this lawyer sucked big time. Just waste of our money!What attorney shows up to their clients court date without any case information? I'll tell you who Jose Torrella that's who! So please don't waste your money with this attorney hire someone else. I bet that court appointment attorney could do a better job than this attorney. Very disappointing, wish we could have hired a different lawyer. Once again please learn from our mistakes don't hire him!!!!

He is only behind the money I would never pay attention to your cases he when I called him after I paid him he forgot what was my case about and my name I also had to remind him when what's the court day , he showed up late at the court and he was charging me more money for no reason , he also has a ...really bad attitude and is very disrespectful . I really don't know how he became in a lawyer. he left me alone at the court and I had to fix everything by myself

This man did nothing for my husband but take his money never showed up on time to court never knew who was calling when we would call very very disrespectful to us GOT my husband an awful deal tat even the judge looked at him crazy this man needs not to be a lawyer cause he really is very unprofesion...al doesnt knoe how to speak to his clients at all PLEASE BEWARE OF THIS MAN. SPEND UR MONEY ON A GOOD LAWYER I WISH I WOULD HAVE

He sucks, didnt help with my case at all, he was lost all the time. He would notify me to go meet him or notifiy me to go to court either the day before or the day off. He would push back my case just to get more time and MONEY!!! He is super ride and disrespectful and had no motive in helping me out.... The day he was suppose to represent me in court he showed up late and then left and told another lawyer to cover me. Never hire this lawyer. He will take forever to get things done and not do things the right way 2017 and still no improvement. Please be wise in choosing.
