As a member of Collaborative Family Law of Central Florida, , Mr. Ducker works through the Collaborative Process to assist families in making their own decisions rather than leaving the courts to decide between competing views of the future. Mr. Ducker also serves by court appointment as a guardian ad litem — advocating for children in contested custody and abuse or neglect cases, and is a member of the Association of Family and Conciliation Courts, , and the Florida Association of Family and Conciliation Court . After serving six years in the U.S. Navy, Mr. Ducker attended Valencia Community College, where he served as Treasurer of the Alpha Gamma Omega Chapter of the International Honor Society, Phi Theta Kappa. He then attended the University of Central Florida, serving as President of the Society of Professional Journalists and the President’s Leadership Council. Mr. Ducker then obtained his law degree from the Levin College of Law at the University of Floridain Gainesville, where he served as the Law College Council President. The Worst Attorney Ever!
Beware of this guy. He is out strictly for working the process as slow as possible while billing you to the max. Run in the other direction to any other attorney in the area. He will blatantly disregard what you are trying to accomplish. My struggles were specifically in the area of guardianship....

We hired Mr. Ducker for a very simply, uncontested guardianship case for $4000.00 in September of 2016 for a family member with minimal monthly social security income and no owned property after a sudden traumatic brain injury.
