Rachel Ann Mattie

In my opinion, if you have received a DUI ticket you should not use Ms. Mattie as your attorney. I feel she mislead me from our first appointment in March 2019 saying she felt we had a good case and that she felt strongly she could get me a reduced charge or a complete dismissal. What she omitted, ...was how much time and money that would take and how difficult it would be to contradict the testimony of a police officer. After a long drawn out eight months, I hired a new attorney and pled no contest. If you choose to go to trial you will be paying Ms. Mattie another $1 000 plus her original fee of $3500 plus she wanted me to hire a medical expert witness for $4000 to go to the trial. A unanimous verdict is necessary to win at trial or you will be retried. If you are found guilty you will go to jail for at period of (30 days) I think. Ms. Mattie yelled and screamed at me for questioning her judgement and told me “we had irreconcilable differences”. She is in my opinion a lawyer who is not experienced enough to tell you all the options for your case or all the pitfalls that can happen to you by agreeing to go to a trial. I found my experience with her made my already stressful situation worse.

Rachel Mattie was my attorney and her assistant was Billie Guertin. I highly recommend Rachel for your case. With Rachel’s hard work my case was completely dismissed. It is with such a humble and grateful heart that I truly thank her for listening to the truth. Words are not enough to express just ho...w grateful I am. Words can not express how grateful am pleased I am with the service that I received. Because of the hard work that Rachel put in with her assistant Billie by her side handling all things administrative there was never a delay. All of my questions were always answered. Rachel’s expertise, diligence, promptness, willingness to hear me, and your understanding has not been taken for granted. My husband Marcus and I truly appreciate all that you’ve have done to fight for me. Inturn you have saved my family “our kids” and my future. We value you, we appreciate you too. I had the unfortunate experience of being stopped and charged with a DUI which would have violated my probation. From the first moment I met Rachel she filled me with such confidence that the whole stop wasn't a good stop and said " we got this!" and then she hugged me and lifted me out of a very da...rk place. Believing in her is what helped me get through the entire ordeal. She is a very poised and beautiful young woman, but when she stands up to speak it is with eloquence and astounding knowledge of the law.
