I handle probates throughout the State of Florida including Summary Administrations and Full Administrations. Summary Administrations can often be completed within two weeks. In Full Administrations, we break down this complex process into smaller, manageable steps for the client from creditor claims to tax returns.

For Will clients, I typically do four documents: Will, Living Will (where you ask that you not be kept alive by artificial means), Durable Power of Attorney for Financial Affairs and Durable Power of Attorney for Health Care. The main questions I will ask are: Who will inherit your wealth when you pass away? Who will be in charge of your finances upon your death or incompetency? Who will make health care decisions for you if you become incompetent?

I handle all areas of residential real estate from the initial Contract For Sale and Purchase through the actual closing where documents and monies change hands. Closings occur through my title company, Edgewater Title. Buyers and Sellers often retain me to review their closing documents for closing outside my office. I also handle leases, landlord/tenant, quiet title actions and mortgage foreclosures.

I assist clients in determining what estate planning tools might serve them best including wills, revocable living trusts, powers of attorney, enhanced life estate deeds and advice on when to own bank accounts jointly or “ITF” or “POD”.
