I was referred to Rob Anthony by a friend who had used him personally and in her business several times. When she heard my story she said I must call Rob immediately. We were in the fight of our lives trying to keep our property. We allowed someone to keep some of their possessions on our land w...ho then actually moved onto part of our land without our permission and tried to claim homestead ownership and steal it from us. They filed a lawsuit against us claiming it was now their property and tried to also have us evicted from our own property! We first hired a different attorney who basically did nothing to help us. My first lawyer was not organized, nor very smart. He wasn't a good litigator and just wanted to file papers because he was uncomfortable in the courtroom and we trusted him and assumed he was trying to save us money. Big mistake! We went to mediation and I swear he was working for the other side. He had us sign "routine" papers, only to find out the papers were permanent giving it all away to the other party! It was signed and done and I was distraught when I realized what our trusted lawyer had done! That's when my friend told me to call Rob Anthony immediately. She told me he was super intelligent and he could probably reverse it all. Boy she was right! When I first spoke to Rob, he was so compassionate and understanding. Rob Anthony was very respectful and caring even through my hysterical crying. He listened intently and told me honestly it would be a tough case. He called me several times whenever he found additional case law to help our case. Although this was a very difficult case, Rob never gave up hope and encouraged us. He was straightforward and very honest. We finally felt that someone was on our side, fighting hard for us! I'm very happy to say Rob won our near impossible case! He was able to get the signed mediation thrown out! He fought the good fight and I feel he was so much more prepared than the opposing attorney. Today he sent me the judges order overturning the previous rulings and we now have peace and are able to move this other person off of our property. Don't think a cheaper lawyer is good…don't make my mistake…you do get what you pay for. Start with the best, it will save you a lot of time, money and heartache!
