Joe Mancuso and I had what I thought a good honest Lawyer/Client relationship. Joe did a good enough job and was able to get my case to a point where the plaintiff decided not to retain the services of there attorney's. After weeks of hearing nothing from either Joe or his office I receive a noti...ce addressed to the Judge from Joe Mancuso requesting for Joe to be taken off the case due to irreconcilable differences. Strange since we had not spoken for a few weeks and we had never had any type of disagreement prior. After a telephone conversation with Joe Mancuso he advised me that we did not have any problems but he just wanted to be paid an extra hourly fee to represent me further as our flat fee agreement was no longer valid as he had a member of his families medical bills to pay.
