I didn't realize my Long Term Disability thru my work was ending. When it went away I lost over a third of my income. I got behind and realized I was drowning. Joseph Mancuso was referred to me. I contacted him and we met. After consulting with me he determined I should file for bankruptcy. Then Covid-19 hit. I have to give him 5 stars. Lots of emails and phone calls between him, his staff and myself, we got it all figured out. They did an excellent job for me. And we all stayed safe.

Would highly recommend.
I had a judgement that I thought was taken care of years ago and the company had never released it. When I called them they refused to unless they received more money. I went to Attorney Mancuso and he took care of it immediately. He was always available and answered all of my questions patiently. He is a caring, honest, fair and hard working attorney and I would recommend him to anyone.

Phenomenal Results
After moving to another city and trying to maintain a property left behind by utilizing credit cards and other personal loans, we incurred over $100,000 in unsecured debt. We just could no longer keep up the expenses and due to the failing market, we couldn’t sell the property either, which is what motivated us to contact Joe. Over time he was able to help us settle the unsecured debt by more than 60% as we could afford to pay it. In addition he helped us through a short sale of the property and was able to protect us from an approximate deficiency judgment of $150,000. Although it took us a while to have the money to settle the debts, Joe stuck through it with us and was always true to his word. We have highly recommended him to anyone we encounter who has had a similar situation.

Credit Card Debt
I was severely behind on my credit card when I came to Mr. Mancuso. I was looking at a lawsuit with fees exceeding $14,000.00. Thankfully after much hard work I was able to move past this debt only having to pay a very small percentage of the debt I acquired. Thanks to you and your team for keeping all of my questions answered. GOOD JOB!!!!

Top Notch Bankruptcy Attorney
I was facing foreclosure and had other attorneys who refused to help. Through mortgage modification mediation in Chapter 13 Bankruptcy, I was able to keep my house and make it more affordable. I don't believe any other attorney could have helped me through the process the way Joe and his Staff did, talking to me and answering questions the whole time.

Professional Service
I have been dealing with Mr. Mancuso and his staff for over a year. He and Jennifer have been great to work with. They have kept me informed and communicate any details and follow up completely. Mr. Mancuso has helped my family as we went through a tough time in our lives. We needed assistance with debt reduction and had a few credit card issues. He was able to get one issue dismissed and two others massively reduced. He has been up front and always fair with his fees. Excellent attorney
Joe Mancuso handled my credit card debts and had the debts reduced very satisfactorily. His charges were reasonable. He kept me informed as he negotiated with the credit card companies and dealt with me on a one to one basis (no paralegals). I found him to be compassionate and aggressive in a nice way. I would recommend him wholeheartedly. He is honest and caring and is not ostentatious. He is the right person to handle your credit problems.

Flat Fee no extra charges (No such thing with this Attorney)
Joe Mancuso and I had what I thought a good honest Lawyer/Client relationship. Joe did a good enough job and was able to get my case to a point where the plaintiff decided not to retain the services of there attorney's. After weeks of hearing nothing from either Joe or his office I receive a notice addressed to the Judge from Joe Mancuso requesting for Joe to be taken off the case due to irreconcilable differences. Strange since we had not spoken for a few weeks and we had never had any type of disagreement prior. After a telephone conversation with Joe Mancuso he advised me that we did not have any problems but he just wanted to be paid an extra hourly fee to represent me further as our flat fee agreement was no longer valid as he had a member of his families medical bills to pay.
