During a very, very difficult time in our lives, this person was not only insensitive, but rude as well. She did not respond to our questions, lent no support and was extremely unprofessional. Her excuse? Her para was out on leave and she couldn't find things. We had to call her 3-4 times tulip g...et any response.

Consulted with her about my case, she advised to file a Ch 7 BK, gave her money and hired her ($2000). SHe then required another $3250 to buy back my own clothes etc that went to the court. she was to remove 2 judgments as liens on the house and failed to do so. She never responded to one phone ca...ll. I called over 40 times over 9 months. I had to recently hire a new attorney to try and fix the mess she made. The case is still open and was file the summer of 2013! Do not hire her for any reason.

In Oct. 2010, I gave this atty almost $2000 to handle an annuity, and 401k QDRO for me and I NEVER heard from her again. Its that simple.I called to check the status of my case and her assistant said she would call me back and No one ever did. She also gives an outline of a timeline to her clients d...ishonestly claiming how her cases can take up to 18 months. Its simply not true after consulting with other attorneys and eventually hiring one to do what I paid Amy Boohaker to. Look elsewhere if you dont want to end up n small claims court trying to recoup your money from her.
