I hired attorney Richard Zaleski's Law Firm, to represent me on my second DUI charge. First and foremost he met with me personally, at my home, because my license was suspended, and I had no way to meet him at his office. He treated me with dignity, and respect. Mr. Zaleski gave me a set of i...nstructions to complete before my court appearance. I completed each condition he wrote out for me. At my court appearance, my case was dismissed, & I was able to get my license back, which allowed me to keep my job, my home, and most importantly provide for my children. The pleasant surprise was the price, that he charge to represent me, was one third of what other attorneys wanted to charge me. Mr. Zaleski was reasonable, and allowed me to pay him in instalments. Other attorneys wanted the complete payment up front, before they would take my case. I referred my brother recently, to Mr Zaleski's law firm, after he had a physical altercation, and was being charged unreasonably by the Volusia County Sheriff's Office. Once again Mr. Zaleski used his knowledge of the law, and obtained a favorable outcome for my brother's case.
