I met Lynn Aust, Esq about 10 years ago, I was immediately taken by her ample knowledge of world facts in addition to the practical and necessary aspects of Estate Planning. She did a superb job on the initial setup of my revocable trust in 2013. Her input and suggestions produced the final edition I... needed at that time. Thereafter, as life events generate change, Lynn amended the trust on two additional occasions; the most recent just a few weeks ago. Moreover, in 2014, I contracted the services of Ms. Aust again, this time to manage contractual issues with several peers all members of a partnership. Again, her stellar performance resolved many issues and her vision for the future has proven that her experience and wisdom once again were right on target. Her staff is attentive and always very helpful, the fees are reasonable and in line with that of other attorneys with similar specialization. Lastly, what makes a huge difference to me well beyond the accolades is that---I trust her!!!

I hired her in April of 2019 for a guardianship case. I made it clear from day one that my goal is to keep my mother safe and was seeking guardianship of my mother. She assured me she would do the best in her legal capacity. Well long story short she charged me an excessive fee for the work completed... and attempted to cripple my faith saying she does not think it would be possible for me to acquire guardianship. I have worked with numerous attorneys in my life and this type of behavior and unprofessionalism is totally unacceptable. I urge anyone seeking Guardianship for a loved one to do your research and read the reviews and take your time in choosing a guardianship lawyer. I did hire another Guardianship Lawyer and was awarded Guardianship of my dear mother.
