3 yrs ago I signed an Engagement Letter as Counsel. I was told agreement would be in force after one week. Before the week was up I had asked Mr. Rodriguez for a full refund or at least Half the Deposit and he insisted that we meet in person instead of sending emails. I told him that I just wanted...

Replied last July 08, 2020I have tried to reach you by telephone, just recently as yesterday, but did not receive a response or return telephone call. I reiterate my position from three years ago, this is a discussion I prefer to have over the telephone or in person, and there is no charge for the telephone conversation or office visits fees when there is a misunderstanding between the client and attorney, conversations in reference to customer satisfaction are not something that we charge for.
