I retained John after doing a horrible job of representing myself in a professional discipline hearing. When I first called the office John wasn't immediately available but his assistant assured me he would call as soon as he became available. John called later that afternoon and listened to my situa...tion with empathy. After reviewing my case John created a plan and he went to work. Through John's legal knowledge and hard work we were able to significantly reduce a penalty which ultimately allowed me to continue working. This experience has taught me that in the US we have a legal system not a justice system and no matter what the circumstances you should retain an attorney whenever it comes to legal matters. The cost not to is simply too great. I definitely recommend John's firm.
