Bankruptcy
First off, I'm grateful to GOD to have found and come across Nater Law Firm. When my wife and I needed help filing for bankruptcy, Ms. Fanny Nater was the only one that was willing to help when other law firms said they couldn't. She reassured me and gauranteed that it was possible for my wife and I...

Don't be fooled
Worse experience ever. I am being honest when I say, find alternative representation. Her experience, or lack there of, became evident within a month of hiring as my attorney. Do not get fooled by the initial consult, your best interest is not a concern. Do NOT go with this law firm, you will regret ...
It is unfortunate that the person who left this review failed to provide some sort of identification for who they are. Honestly, I have no idea who this could be. I always worry that anonymous reviews are not written by real clients! There really isn't anyway to check on the veracity of an anonymous review. In any event, I can only say that I try very hard to make every one of my clients happy with my hands on approach to client management. When a client asks to speak with me, they are usually on the phone with me or in a face to face meeting within a week of their request. Sometimes this is not fast enough for a client and results in an unhappy client. Unfortunately, no matter how hard I try, I can not make everyone happy. Since I handle more than just one case at a time, I am often in court, depositions, or other matters which take me away from the office and not available to speak to my clients every time they call. Setting up a time on my calendar often times is the best way to have my complete and undivided attention. Because of my oath to maintain confidentiality, I am unable to get into any kind of specifics in this forum. As such, I invite the person who wrote this review, if they are in fact a client, to contact my office and set up a time to meet with me. I will be more than happy to discuss whatever dissatisfaction he/she has with me or my staff and try to remedy their dissatisfaction within my ethical and professional ability. I trust that if this anonymous person is in fact a client, that they will reach out to my office and set up a time for us to discuss the issue that has caused him/her to write this review.
