Chapter 7 Bankruptcy

Client was told by several lawyers that he did not qualify for a bankruptcy because his income was over the median income allowed for a household his size. I reviewed the file and was able to see some ... of the income was exempt. We were able to qualify him for a chapter 7 and his over 50k in debt was completely discharged. During the pandemic this was a great help for the client as he lost his job.
