Mr. Robold and his team made a very difficult time in my life easier. They listened to my concerns, thoroughly explained the laws and court procedures involved in child custody divorces/cases, and helped me to feel as comfortable as possible through the process. He, or a member of his team, were qu...ick to respond to concerns, fears or questions that came up during my case. I chose Mr. Robold as my attorney for a family relocation/modification to my current timesharing plan. His office was conveniently located, he website stated “aggressive” representation and he quoted us $5,000. Long story short, he was not knowledgeable on relocation cases, not aggressive, unrespon...sive and our fees ended up being twice as much without even going to trial. After discontinuing our attorney/client relationship it took over two months to get the remainder of my credit balance given back to me and he even tried to bill me for requesting the status of it. I would not recommend this attorney for anything that needs to go to trial as he gave me the feeling he prepares everything very last minute and is extremely over priced for the value of his work.

I came to Mr Robold to consult on possible foreclosure. After discussing all options we ended up going with bankruptcy. This ended up being the best option. After all was said and done it was an easy and pleasant experience. I'm now in a better spot in life with whole lot less stress.
