I wish I could give 0 stars but 1 is the lowest. I had a case that lasted a few years with this firm. And throughout the entire case I was not pleased with how it was handled. The lack of communication and disorganization this firm has is astonishing. I had to consistently call them to get updates an...d every time I called they had forgotten about my case and had things that still needed to be completed that were MONTHS behind. It was incredible. It was as if they took on an abundant amount of cases and could not handle it. Even when i finally got my settlement offer they said they would reach back to me with the letter for me to sign. I was the one that had to call them a month later asking for an update. They apologized again contacted the final person they needed and got me my check a few hours later. So something that could’ve been handled in a few days took an extra month and could’ve been longer if I didn’t call due to how unorganized this firm is. And on top of that they never mentioned any fee I needed to pay for obtaining medical records on my behalf when they sent me the quote of my payout. But when it was time to sign the for the actual check the breakdown had the 60$ fee in there. When I asked them about it and informed them that as a patient I am entitled to gather my own medical records for free or a couple bucks. They replied by saying yes they could’ve and should’ve asked me and given me the option but they didn’t think I would want to do it so they went off and ordered it on their own and I’m responsible for the 60$ charge. With no remorse. I informed them I had all the records and could’ve provided them. They did not care and made me pay the 60$. It was a very frustrating process. They also did not provide much guidance on what I should’ve done throughout this entire case such as chiropractors, follow ups, or anything like that. I was on my own researching online. It was just extremely frustrating. But throughout it all they did not care about how bad they treated me and this case and still took the entire 33 1/3 % of my payout because “sorry you signed the contract”. Oh and also she wanted me to take the initial payout offer right away because she did not want to go through the hassle of counter offering. I obligated them to do it and 2 months later when I CALLED AGAIN. I got that offer almost doubled. Guess what they still took there percentage from that without a hesitation. Thanks to me pushing. Please stay far from this place if you can ! I wish I could post the screenshots of the conversations where they openly admit they are wrong and apologize but don’t want to right their wrongs because “you already signed the contract”.
