I, as most people, had no idea of the process involved when you have to Probate a Will and Estate, yet the very first thing Dana did was to sit me down and explain the process in great detail and made sure I was comfortable with what was being said and answered any questions I had. The amazing thing ...was she really cared about the whole process, not just her fee and how quickly she could settle the case. At times she allowed me to ramble on about my relationship with the deceased, listening and talking to me as a true friend instead of a client, while always maintaining her professionalism.
