Dana Harden Hankins

I, as most people, had no idea of the process involved when you have to Probate a Will and Estate, yet the very first thing Dana did was to sit me down and explain the process in great detail and made sure I was comfortable with what was being said and answered any questions I had. The amazing thing ...was she really cared about the whole process, not just her fee and how quickly she could settle the case. At times she allowed me to ramble on about my relationship with the deceased, listening and talking to me as a true friend instead of a client, while always maintaining her professionalism. Her attention to detail was extremely helpful and avoided a lot of headaches down the road. Each step in the process was explained along with options and I was allowed to make the decisions without any pressure from her. She would practically hold my hand and walk me though each step. I know this sounds as if she's a perfect saint, but really, there couldn't have been a more helpful, compassionate, understanding and friendlier lawyer to work with for someone who has never been though this or who has ever had a bad experience before. Dana Hankins and her very helpful assistant Sonia Baur were like the extended family everyone wishes could be there in a time of need. I will highly recommend Dana for her, professionalism, efforts, and the knowledge she brings forth to help anyone through a difficult time as quickly as possible with as little pain as possible.
