Miami University, Oxford, Ohio undergraduate, communications and cryptographic officer USS Ault (DD-698) from 1968-1971.  University fo Michigan Law School.  Shareholder at Akerman, Senterfitt lawfirm, Fisher, Rushmer, Werrenrathand Keiner, then Gray Robinson head of litigation from 1995.  Hobbies include flying, racing and restoring vintage race cars, old mahogany boats and entertainment business.  Manager and roadie for Paige Keiner, pop singer rated #1 by Reverbnation, now a college student majoring in music and history.  Lead trial counsel in major cases including the sea-turtle beach driving case in Daytona, and the Isleworth stormwater litigation which was, and remains the longest civil jury trial in Orange County history. Other noteworthy cases indlude representing the interests of  the band N'Sync in the famous dispute with their  their manager, Lou Perlman.
