I had discovered, upon trying to sell my home, a very unusual situation that was not allowing a clear title. Everything I had tried to do to resolve this situation, on my own, was not working for the underwriters. I was on the verge of losing the buyer. Prior to the advent of television, people use to go to court to watch lawyers argue real cases. And the truly great attorneys would fill the galleries with people from miles around. These people would travel so they could bare witness to something truly inspiring. A person of such skill, such command... of the law ,the evidence, such oratory prowess; that they literally held the attention of the courtroom in their hands. Ms. Eggebrecht is one of those truly special attorneys. I sat in a courtroom with my life in doubt; my families' future in question. All of this in the hands of Ms. Eggebrecht. When she took the courtroom floor for cross examination, I and the rest of the people in that courtroom were in awe. When your attorney has such command of the facts that during cross examination of their "Expert" , the expert stops and asks your attorney to explain basic scientific methods because they don't know them; or don't understand them. You realize two things at that exact moment. First your life and your families' future are no longer in doubt.
