Mariavittoria “Vicky” Eggebrecht, was born in Orlando, Florida. Vicky attended primary, middle and high school in the Dr. Phillips area and went on to the University of Central Florida. While attending UCF she obtained a Bachelor’s of Science in Business Administration: Marketing. After graduating from the University of Central Florida, she went on to receive her Juris Doctorate from Florida Agricultural and Mechanical University College of Law in Orlando, Florida. Upon being admitted to the Florida Bar, Vicky began her practice of law as an Assistant State Attorney for the Ninth Judicial Circuit in Orange County. During her tenure as a State Prosecutor, Vicky handled every aspect of Criminal Law Practice. Those areas include, Initial Appearances, Violations of Probation, Juvenile Delinquency Court, County Court – Misdemeanor Crimes, and Circuit Court – Felony Crimes. Vicky has been assigned to multiple specialized units including Economic Crimes and the Special Victims Unit. She has specialized experience with schemes to defraud, insurance fraud, grand theft, domestic violence, sexual battery and crimes against children. Vicky has litigated and resolved more than a 1,000 criminal cases and has taken over 30 criminal cases to trial, including Attempted Homicide, Capital Sexual Battery, Burglary, Aggravated Battery, Insurance fraud, Theft and more.
