The state charged our client with multiple co ... unts of selling synthetic cannabis and possessing a business with the knowledge that it was being used to do so. After challenging every aspect of the state's case and exposing inconsistencies, a lack of evidence and raising an argument of evidence tampering, the jury exonerated our client.
