Worst consultation ever! In consulting about a child custody case, Vanette was extremely demeaning as I tried to express my situation and fear about a difficult situation. It felt like 5 minutes in, she was frustrated and she kept saying, "I keep telling you the same thing." Obviously, I didn't under...stand. I asked clarifying questions, she would get defensive boasting 11 years practicing law and a MS degree in counseling. When I picked up on the lack of compatability and support and asked for a recommendation for someone who might be a better fit, she became passive aggressive and ended the consultation. If you are looking for someone to support you and fight for you, you may save your time and dissappointment and look elsewhere.

This lady was all good in the beginning of the case. I hired her to finalize my divorce. She had a personal discussion with my ex husband, and dropped my case a week before trial even the judge didn’t agree with her decision and mentioned he would shave made her keep my case but at this point she was... very unprofessional in which I didn’t even want her to represent me anymore. Always had to leave messages with her secretary and she was very last minute which would upset the judge.

Hired her to help me get custody of my little girl. Every thing started off fine, contact was good communication was good. Down hill after that, she was having sit down with the person she is going against wen she came to drop off paperwork. Going through messages that she should be getting from me.... When I call her office to discuss my case, she is never available. Wen I express my displeasure am accused of being disrespectful. My wife called her to discuss the case because she is a key witness, only to be told that her husband is a womanizer and childish??? All because I called her office trying to set up a meeting before pre trial are phone call. I even offered to meet at my pre trial ahead of time, and was told I would still not be able to talk to her???.definition of a womanizer is a man that have casual sex with random woman. What could cause you, my lawyer to try to destroy my caricature with my wife?? This lawyer does not know anything about me, are have I ever tried to talk to her in any other way besides about my child. Over all she is very unprofessional, she gets emotionally involved in her case were she pick sides, and her means of communication sucks. A text are a email is not a professional way to deal with a case.
